I'm going to bet that ol' Rusty trombone will ditch the hearing, say he thought his motion would absolutely be granted, since it would only be fair, so he didn't even bother to check if it was granted. He will then try to appeal the outcome of ditching the hearing ex post facto to the 10th circuit court of appeals, under the federal civil rules of preferential 'tard treatment.
 
I'm going on the assumption that Greer is lying about having a "business meeting" of any kind, because taking him at his word is a fool's errand. What I had more in mind was that he got into some sort of altercation at one of the brothels, for example, or got pulled over for having a suspended tag or what have you, and he has to show up in court that specific day for some sort of civil or low-level criminal matter. If someone had access to the Nye County court records/calendar, one might see if Greer has any upcoming court dates. Or citations via the sheriff, etc.
Doesn't appear like he has any court cases pending. I wanted to double check the response I got, but I probably won't hear back 'till Monday

That's totally wrong. Payday loan companies are among the most prolific litigants in any jurisdiction they're in.

For example, search "Check City Partnership," the company suing Russ, in the Clark County Justice Court alone (that is the county that contains Las Vegas).

Well, remember how frantically he shit himself when he "found out" that naming witnesses meant they would be subpoenaed. He was more panicked about that prospect than monetary sanctions, in my opinion -- he knows as well as we do that you can't get blood from a stone, but compelling his own family to testify against him? Terrifying.

Russ is dumb enough that I believe he thinks that he just needs Russtard and J.Martelli's names, then he has the power to depose them like Null threatened to do to his family.

He thinks the law is some arcane magic spell where the correct sequence of words force Null to take down his thread and unlimited whores suck him he penis while going on a date with Taylor Swift.

The only thing Greer has ever traveled anywhere for is for something related to brothels. So assuming it's real, and he's not just going out to pay for the girlfriend experience, he's probably tricked some owner of scrub land that's zoned for a brothel into believing that he actually has the ability to purchase the land and is going out there to explain to them why they should sell it to him for tree fiddy.

He would offer the man free 'services' in exchange for the land.

Imagine if the Judge does demand he just bring his response with him to the zoom meeting. "Buh yuh honah, I wuz gunna wepy a foo houaz afta da deedlin', az is custumary. I iz a weetad."

I read this in PPP's voice for some reason. It made it a lot funnier.

I remember a construction company bought it just to use as a parking lot across the street from their real construction site, and from comparing the sale price to empty lots, the dilapidated building was practically worthless.

Russ moaned and hollered that they had illegally bought the land he had an unrecorded right to, which was pretty stupid because those people would probably put the land up for sale again after the construction finished, maybe at a lower price, after Russell publicly defamed them.

It would be hilarious if Russell found out that's what's happening and is coming crawling back to beg them to sell to him, after all, he had an unrecorded right!

How could you NOT do this? You've got a bizzare case. The plaintiff is a Martian who has brought lawsuits against Arianna Grande and Taylor Swift because they refused to date him, and now he's bringing a lawsuit against the notorious Kiwifarms --- and the damn thing has been going on for five years and has accomplished NOTHING AT ALL!

When we were only visible through Tor, sure, the Judge probably wouldn't be bothered looking. Now though, we're just a click away and any normie with a yen to see what's up can click on Russell's thread and take a look.

At the very least, you're going to get your clerk to go and have a look and report back on the good bits.
 
I would think that a judge assigned to a case would feel disinclined to read the what either the plaintiff or defense, or their associates, write about the counter party in a lawsuit, outside what appears in motions and evidence before the court. To do so would probably open the judge to accusations of bias. The parties in a lawsuit have reason to have beef with each other. Otherwise, there would not be a lawsuit. That either party would be inclined to disparage the other is a given.

Now this doesn't mean that any such disparaging allegations aren't true. But it is on either party in the lawsuit to bring those allegations before the court with supporting evidence. If, for example, a defendant wanted the court to consider that plaintiff was an autistic retard who had fucked his own mother, then it is up to the defendant to present evidence of autism and mother-fucking to the court, and coherently explain why it is relevant to the lawsuit.

Now, with that said, I would not be surprised if a judge reading the motions and evidence attached to a lolsuit occasionally got a chuckle out of plaintiffs alleging that defendants were gay niggers from outer space.
