Nick's legal analysis is as always totally off the mark.
- while he knows they're fake voices, it's not guaranteed that his chat does (and they're dumb as rocks, so they're more likely than the average person to be fooled)
- if the service is illegal, that doesn't absolve him of knowingly using an illegal service
- if he has to make choices in the platform to decide which voices are used, or has requested that a particular voice be made (how curious that Sean's voice is there...), that would prove his personal involvement
- he says it becomes questionable if the voice purports to be someone - okay, what if someone styles their superchat in this way? Then Nick even admits that it's illegal
