That's Nick's explanation and there is some logic to it. He didn't need to open his mouth at all, though, so he dug himself that hole by going on record as saying that if the kids test positive, it totally wasn't from his stash,lol, which is just dumb, considering the court was always going to take the action it did.As much as I dislike The Cocaine Skeleton, this section of the transcript always stuck in my head. Isn't he paraphrasing here from the County Petition (that he would have read) that the children had: no knowledge of drugs in the home, no knowledge of drug use, and that if they (the children) tested positive, then the kids would say it would be from secondary exposure rather than them knowingly consuming it?
So rather than Rage Twig offering that part about the kids testing positive himself, he is referring to what was written in the Court documents? I am happy to be disproven here, but it's been nagging at me all this time. Have we already seen the Petition and I've just forgotten about it?
