I know everyone is (rightfully) mostly concerned with the cocaine, but it's also kind of shocking how little child-proofing is going on in a house that has a 6 year old in it. And it's not like this is their first child either. The booze isn't even kept out of reach. Am I missing something? Does he keep the streaming room locked when not in use? I get the feeling Rekieta has so much contempt for Ms. Sweep because she clocked how dangerous the situation was and didn't hold any punches when testifying.

Same. The housecleaning issue is baffling. Ms Kays Services offers complete house cleaning in Spicer. It costs $270 for a house of Nick's size. So, let's assume he's afraid of his secrets (bank statements, sex toys, drug paraphernalia) being discovered. Undocumented Latino women (plenty in the area) would not report to authorities and do the work (often in teams) for half the price.

Its worth remembering that he was also seemingly broke at the time and not paying his mortgage. I think that a cleaning service was probably beyond his financial reach at that time.
