I think he was likely tested between mid June until early November.
I say that because the last child services court had the recommendation from the guardian and cps worker that he should submit to regular testing for some period. I forget the details now, but the time lined up to when he announced he had the kids back, but was still being supervised.
That supervision ended a few days before he posted the Aaron porn searches. In other words, as soon as he could, he got trashed.
In that time Keanu revealed he was doing some nitrous and was blaming April for being late/missing a test.
I'm not even counting the ADHD and narcolepsy meds he abused.
I'm happy to dunk on Nick, but he likely was booze and cocaine free between mid June and early November.

I got a similar impression watching that stream. He came across as extremely childish, with a kindergarten-level understanding of the situation he's in—very self-centered and detached from reality.
What struck me most was how short-sighted he seemed. It’s painfully clear that, in his mind, "accepting responsibility" simply means admitting he had possession of the drugs—while insisting there's nothing wrong with that. To him, the real issue begins and ends with the government getting involved in his family's life. He sees the government as the sole active force responsible for the tragic circumstances he's now facing.
This denial of responsibility—this refusal to acknowledge that his situation was a foreseeable result of his life choices—might be somewhat "understandable" if we accept that he’s truly an addict. But what’s less forgivable, and frankly laughable, is how blind he is to the consequences of voicing his beliefs so openly. Statements like “I don’t regret my choices, but I do regret the consequences” or “I’m only sober because I don’t want to get arrested” are the kinds of things that can come back to haunt him. Even if he genuinely feels that way, those thoughts should be shared only in private with close friends.
This kind of stubborn, self-sabotaging behavior is exactly why it’s safe to say the corn harvest is far from over.

We have Keanu's account of things April has said to her. April and Nick were doing Galaxy Gas last fall.
I think we have the family court records through mid-July and he was not cooperating or in compliance with CPS up to that point. He did one voluntary drug test around the time of the arrest and then refused to disclose the result in the CPS family court process. It can be assumed that in the period after the family court records we have access to cease that Nick was still resisting any cooperating with CPS on testing or drug treatment related issues. Then at some point he came into compliance and did a series of things including drug testing and going to "recovery".
My assumption based on observation and probable court timelines only is that he began to cooperate probably in mid or late August. Then he went through "recovery" (what he called recovery), his chemical assessment and started drug & alcohol testing.

Rekieta is the ultimate example for me of the stereotypical libertarian retard. I would be lying if I said I didn't still have some libertarian leanings myself, but Rekieta is far too retarded to make any libertarian ideology look compelling. I don't have the video, but I could have sworn a bit before all of this really kicked off Rekieta was promoting the stock libertarian idea of 'all drugs should be legal to take' because the consequences are only on you and the government shouldn't get involved. That's obviously ignoring the fact that there are people who take drugs, have a bad time, and then lash out and hurt OTHERS around them. But the fact that his daughter managed to inhale 10 times the legal cutoff for cocaine is the ULTIMATE proof that this idea is fucking retarded.
How can a child bear the consequences of drug abuse when they're too young to even understand what the white powder even is!? Rekieta has no remorse for this whatsoever and is now just portraying himself as an innocent victim of government overreach. Personally I would subscribe to the much more popular libertarian belief of putting people who harm children up against the wall and dealing with them, but I think Rekieta might have a problem with that particular belief nowadays, even though I saw him promoting it when he had his drunken punchout stream with that Duncan retard.

I dont know that Nick really has any ideological basis for his behavior.His attempts to play libertarian are as false as his attempts to play the christian. He is a selfish manipulative liar. He is also more libertine than libertarian. He isn't even an adult in that he doesn't support himself or his family financially. The only difference him and every other punk-ass out of control rich kid is that he constantly lies about who and what he is.

I've known people with drug problems, I'm sure a lot of us have.
Some of those have the devil's luck, they do a bunch of drugs and stupid shit, run around until they realize almost out of the blue that they have important things to do and then just live their rest of their lives. I've seen it in heavy drinkers too, the kind of drinker that isn't content to sit around but wants to get into fist fights and break things. I knew a guy in collage who would drink like a fish and do crazy shit all the time, flipped his car at least twice and just had to crawl out of it and get it flipped back over. Then one day he met a nice girl, got married and had a family and now just has a couple beers when we get together for collage reunions while the rest of us rotten old bastards get loaded. Those people are incredibly rare individuals. Nick Rekieta is not one of them.
Other people get so bad so fast that they have to adopt sobriety as a lifestyle. From an outside observer it seems like the first thing they have to do when becoming friends with someone is to let them know that they are a recovering addict. It's a permanent part of their life that they have to be open about or it'll just destroy them. I have another friend like this, probably one of the smartest and most successful guys I know. It's a thing he's had to make a large part of himself which is a very difficult thing to do. Nick Rekieta doesn't do difficult things.
Then there's the people that never quit. Drugs aren't a big deal, old friends and family are being mean, actually they didn't even do drugs that week, their boss was a piece of shit for firing them, their old friends and family are heartless for cutting them out of their life, it's not the drugs ruining everything it's muh mentals, actually the drugs help muh mentals, I'm not like one of those stupid addicts and person who also does drugs said it's totally fine (feel free to grab any of those if you want, Nick). The list goes on and on. I've known plenty of people like that. One of them doesn't have a functioning liver and another one is dead. Nick Rekieta acts an awful lot like those people.
My point is, if you find yourself being irritated by Nick's hubris, just remember what camp he probably falls in.

I seem to recall the last family court doc being around mid June before sealed. The gist being he needed to pee clean x amount of weeks. He wasted a few weeks trying to fight it, rather than peeing clean.
I'm sure someone with encyclopedia knowledge can break down the timeline.
