I think Karl actually makes a pretty good point with the stuff about how Billy sent the lawsuits to his lawyer but didn't actually file the ones that were more related to cheating. Billy's legal team just pulled a masterful move by not actually filing them. Karl could have probably gotten off as easily as Apollo did by settling but he was so gassed up by his sycophants that he thought that he couldn't lose.
