My petition to disable the stickies that some people love in here, because:

Pros:

• Another major meltdown (only initially).
• Incentivizes dialogue.
• If this becomes the norm, there won't be any issues with this once users accustom to it; you need to give it more time.
• Prevents losers from hunting down posts from someone else and reacting to them.
• They don't add much to be honest, since you get more info by a quick glance at the post.

The general rule is to post things of worth, if you just say "I agree" or "I disagree" who cares? No one. Eventually, you'd add something of interest or an argument for your claims.

Think about a forum where people just post "I agree" and nothing else, if the userbase is that uncreative then the problem is something else.
