Sara was indeed a deathfat, but from what I can tell, she was one of the nice deathfats. I wish she had been nicer to herself and her body.
 
Oh no. :( I hate cooking but I do like watching others cook, and I used to watch her quite a bit. Not recently, and at times it was hard because she was clearly under duress physically. I never saw her be mean to Jamie (her husband, right?) or anyone else but I haven't seen all her vids either. From what I gathered she enjoyed her Simple cooking and her MLM selling. I think she sold Tupperware and jewelry, probably other stuff too. She sure wasn't sitting around doing mukbangs for coin (that I know of, anyway).

I also wonder if she had Cushings. Her body shape indicated it.

Her first channel "sinfully Sarah" even kinda makes it clear that she understood her meals were unhealthy and her newer videos were much healthier meals with much less calories.

She started using Splenda and other fake sugars, which are god-awful for you, and fake meats and things. Given the information coming out about all of that garbage, I think ironically she would have been better off just sticking with normal sugar. As it is, she obviously could never kick the sugar habit and pretty much everything she ever made was trash from the standpoints of health, cleanliness, and flavour.
 
Never heard of her, but RIP all the same. I feel for her family and loved ones.

RIP Sara. She was one of my first deathfat cows, long before I registered for this site. I only browsed this thread a small handful of times, her udders were dry as the Sahara due to her cheerful disposition and lack of drama so nothing much to discuss.

Surprised she made it this long tbh. Waddle free, you sweet fatass you.

I don't think anyone in the deathfat forum except sara will end up with (near) universal pleasant comments after their death.

Saggi might be a real one but she has her haters.
 
Huge RIP to Sara. Probably one of my favorite fat people I'd check up on infrequently after finding out about her a decade + ago. I'd always be pleasently surprised she was still alive. Unlike most of the fat lolcows I don't think she really had reasons to dislike her. Her biggest flaw was being dumb enough to fall for an MLM scam. She's a testament to how much goodwill you can generate as a lolcow by just being a person making silly recipes.
 
Given her size and symptoms I'm going to say it was likely dka. Vomiting, extreme thirst, headaches - all symptoms. Dka is uncommon in type 2 diabetics, but it's also a pretty common way for people to first find out they're diabetic. It's also deadly if left untreated.

If you're vomiting every 20 minutes all night, going to the ER to get checked out is probably a good idea.

Definitely sad, no matter what killed her. At least we have Wanda's macaroni salad to remember her by.
