Whether it does or not, it calls into question his use of the courts, potentially (likely, okay realistically) as a means to harm and silence his critics, in much the same manner that vexatious litigant David Stebbins is wont to do. Even then, if kids in the 5th grade know that all affairs in court are public, and that this is encoded into the highest laws of the country, but a certified paralegal does not, a man is not wrong for looking askance upon the school that gave the paralegal his certificate.

But as you point out, even if that school is third rate, Russ is a retard. It's not the business school's fault Russ doesn't understand the public nature of the courts. That lies entirely on Russ.
