'loli' usually indicates some kind of perverse or sexual component, right? I'm not sure if just any anime-style drawing of a child or baby is "loli".

Seeing a drawing of a baby and immediately associating it with something perverse is a dark place to be mentally and probably mostly a result of Lildip spending too much time online.

But I have no familiarity with these posters, I don't know if the watermelon is a reference to something other than black people, I don't think the picture on its own is in any way inappropriate/sexual/perverse, it's just a watermelon with a cartoon human face, but if I'm missing some larger context maybe it is bad and should be banned and everyone involved in that conversation jailed.
