That has me confused. Mental health professionals are spilt into three types.
Psychiatry - medically trained doctors who prescribe medications, and also diagnose.
Psychologists who diagnose and request medications to be prescribed, sometimes do a sort of action plan.
Therapists. They are more generally known as counsellors. They have many modes to do the real meat and potatoes of what we think of as mental health help. They are the ones doing the hours of talk therapy, be it person centred, gestalt,
Unless his psychologist has done further training in counselling (3 to 6 years, volunteering for free) he is not receiving therapy ( unless they trained in a wonky subtype which can be done in 100 hours). A psychologist will just tell you what to do, which is not therapy, although counselling psychologist are being more known (but you’re looking at 10 years of training). Proper talk therapy, which Keffals would not be open to (as he’s a compulsive liar) is not provided by just a psychologist. He’s just trying to make what he’s doing sound more impressive, which is so very surprising from his type, isn’t it? After all, counsellors are looked down upon by the other two fields but do the majority of the legwork of day to day help, just because they can’t diagnose.
(Source - close to someone who is an amazing counsellor who has worked very hard to help other people, and I get angry when people think that psychologists are able to do stuff which they’re not trained (or having known a couple, able) to do.)

you would think he would tell his therapist this same stuff and then mention that he wants to start streaming again and they would just look at him dead in the eyes and tell him not to. there is more than enough of a pattern for anyone to see keffals should not be online its not a good place for him especially if he is being truthful.
