The pooners on tumblr are arguing that PCOS (you know, the thing you need ovaries to have) is an intersex/male condition because it produces testosterone. Counterpoint: it's better to be on finasteride than transition. If finasteride fucks with hormones, imagine what estrogen might fuck up to a much greater extent?
Much of what AGPs really want is just long flowing hair,* which ofc they only learn about growing and taking care of after falling for the lie that they need estrogen alongside it for some reason.

It does not censor it when searching with NSFW enabled. With NSFW enabled, any search term works correctly. With NSFW disabled, you will always get zero results, regardless of what you search.
The reason is that the entire subreddit has been marked as 18+ to prevent logged out users from accessing it (although they can just change the URL to old.reddit.com and circumvent it that way). This also means that the non-NSFW posts are also treated this way, for example most of the text-only posts.
There are other subreddits that are marked as NSFW, despite containing little to no porn. For example https://www.reddit.com/r/NESyria/ In those subreddits, the search works similarly: searching with NSFW enabled works fine, with NSFW disabled does not. Why are they marked as such? Because the admins say so (probably something about not scaring away the advertisers or something).
So it's not censorship, it's redditing skill issue.
