I was thinking not to verify the facts of the case but to see if Greer’s professional allegations have any weight. Subpoenaed witnesses to testify that Greer is witless would amuse.

Let's just say I will be disappointed if this is allowed to slide. He's basically spitting in the face of a judge who has cucked massively to him but did finally order him to do something, and Shitlips basically said fuck you, judge, I do what I want.

It would be an embarrassment just to take this fuckface jerkoff's abuse like this.

There's hope the Judge takes one long hard stare at the case file while nursing a hangover this week and says "Fuck It, we're starting the New Year off Clean and Sane" and just wipes it out. But not much Hope. Perhaps only a Fool's Hope.

I feel like Greer was hand held through this entire experience, given every benefit of the doubt, given the opportunity to fix every fuck up, had the word and the spirit of laws bent to accommodate him, and now that its put up or shut up time, he is fighting tooth and nail to reset the clock four years where the suit was just his angst diary and since allowing that just isn't in the playbook the judge is forced to, you know, treat this like an actual lawsuit. He told Greer in no uncertain terms to play the game or suffer what little consequences can be applied to you, and Greer, as he does, said NO, I WILL NOT, IT IS HARDIN AND NULL WHO WILL BE PUNISHED. He's basically told the judge that he has no case, he just wanted a forum to bitch, he will not play by any rules whatsoever but will bend or create existing ones to try to punish the opposition. So anything beyond obliterating this abomination of litigation will just be a further miscarriage.

If the judge just lets this slide what he is saying is "I'm a completely incompetent fraud of a judge" and the judge should put on a tutu and dance around like a fairy.

The judge doing a ballet performance in front of his court room dressed as a mincing little fairy would be less damaging to the dignity of the court than allowing this foolishness to continue.

I am begging the judge to finally tell Greer to shut up about the silly little emails he gets because they have no relevance to copyright infringement. If the judge lets this shit slide Hardin should file a Motion to Quash Plights Sperging and just generally start shitposting at the judge himself. File a motion about how Russell is a sexpest stalker with ROs going back to highschool. If the judge wants to make his courtroom a circus he can deal with two clowns.

At this point it is better to just rip off the bandaid at once and let Rusty limp through this farce through trial. After all, what can he appeal when he provides no witnesses and no evidence? He may not even be able to show up for trial with his current finances.

He can let it slide insofar as he doesn't impose case ending sanctions, but I don't see how anything Russ has done will help him avoid the sanctions that the judge already telegraphed he would impose, something that would only further drive shitlips to deeper depths of insanity.
