But this doesn't look like the outcome he wanted, seeing as he's filing motions to protest it and is screeching at Hardin how he's out of line etc. Just seems too convoluted for his gimp brain. Might be the last day, I know some people referenced the judge being on vacation but I don't know if that's confirmed. Would assume they're out all next week though, despite giving Greer a deadline for the 23rd. Even now I have trouble understanding why Russ thinks the OPPOSING COUNSEL is supposed to help him get what he wants and be a neutral party. Then he went on to tell the opposing council he’s trying to delay the process further by denying him the right to depose his witnesses. Personally I think part of the reason he’s freaking out is he hasn’t had time to coach them on what to say to Hardin during the deposition so they’re going to admit they have no knowledge of copyright infringement.

If I were the judge in this case, I absolutely would even though it won't amount to anything. First, it's well-earned "fuck you" to a very deserving shithead. Second, it makes it a lot harder for an appeals court to overturn another ruling shutting this flaming pile of garbage down again.
