I wonder if Drunkieta will settle that one after he pleads guilty? He has no income and keeps spending on superchats to his pedo pal Melton, liquor, and research chemicals. Nick's whole rationale behind not settling was that if he did, everyone would try suing him for a payout, but since Nick isn't a livestreamer anymore the risk of that has gone way down since his only perceived enemies are either broke losers like Aaron or people not interested in suing him like Null or Sean. So he might just rationalize it as "da corrupt gubmint has it out for me and let Montegraph win so I had to settle to save muh kidz!"
On the other hand, that means it's time to #PayMonty and this faggot won't even pay his traffic tickets or legal licensure fee without Kiwi Farms laughing at him for not doing so. And if Montegraph and David Schneider are even remotely smart, any settlement will be a fat sum of legal fees, likely thousands of dollars in damages, a public apology, and no doubt keeping all of that confidential. Can Nick even pay that and abide to all those terms? I doubt this wetbrain cuck can.

I agree fully. Future news on him will make this years happenings look like nothing moments. It can and will get a lot worse when he feels he's back to his normality. I hope the family outreach can leverage the kids away so that they do not have to suffer or witness what's to come. Children do not deserve to see this happen to their role models or suffer from a lack of care because of it.
I hope that Nick gets to meet his maker fast and it's as painless as possible for everyone involved. I have witnessed the pain firsthand of the damage that drug addicted parents cause when they just need one more hit to be right. Or it's a day ending with Y so it's party time! These people end up overdosing and dying in a pool of their own blood and vomit, and there's no coming back from that final hit.
Then the kids have lost a parent at such a young age in some cases. If you have ever known this to happen to a friend or someone in your own family, you are very aware of what the lasting damage and effects there are to the children's development and future. They carry the pain of that through their entire lives. It is traumatic and senseless. They never fully understand it.
Conversely, Nick's gone already. He was gone since he started making bad decisions, lying to everyone, abusing substances, and then people around him. Not taking care of your children's needs, cleaning their home, feeding them, spending time with them or even being around and awake to raise them is child abuse.
It's fun to laugh at the stupid things he says and does and the lies he says, but this thread and story will end in the darkest and most somber way possible. Someone, or maybe more than one person is going to die in this charade. If it ends well, the best possible outcome is that it's just Nick himself. It could end much worse.
But what can be changed? At this point I feel Kayla is holding the key to the whole storyline. If Kayla cuts her losses after the end of Trial 1, (Trial 2 will be the Aaron hack), then this is the best achievable result. Kids will have stability, Kayla gets away from Nick. Forces her to get off her ass and be a real parent, and they can flourish.
This leaves Nick to do as much drugs as possible until he OD's. April will be kicked to the kerb after Trial 1 ends. He's free to spend Bob and Celestes money on drugs and hookers til he dies.
His lies, bullshit and this complete story will be made into a real life documentary. The work that has been done on the farms will be crucial to its accuracy.
Hurry up and complete the story Nick.
