Beyond just the computer breach, I would assume there are also issues with witnesses and evidence on the prosecution side on the merits of the case. Things could change at any time, but right now cooperation from Geno and Keanu (the only witnesses) seems uncertain.

I would have thought that they would have offered Aaron a misdemeanor plea deal today just to get past the revenge porn case. The most likely reason for them not offering a deal at the moment is that Aaron has hopes of an even better deal.
