Nick accessing Aaron's Google account is a federal crime, even if Aaron left himself logged in on Nick's pc.

Nick and Melton fucked up by posting evidence that Nick was doing this (Melton flat out admitted Nick did it on Discord and him or Nick posted a screencap of Nick logged into his Google account, I believe). Aaron went to the police about it and the court can easily subpoena Google to get evidence to prove Nick did it like IP logs.

Posting evidence you're committing a federal crime is dumb. Doing that while you have an ongoing legal case is very dumb.
