Shmorky sure does love himself some lopsided, saggy tits. I really don't like the way he draws arms. The way he draws the joints is very reminiscent of lazy animators who animate solely using motion tweens.
Edit: I sure hope carefully has been legit about all of this. I've been wanting to be supportive since day one, so it would be a huge bummer... :/

It's not illegal to portray in artwork. Works of art, including books and movies, portray illegal sex all the time. Very specific attributes are required to make it "pornographic" or a "prohibited image".
We're trying to establish whether she *was* a minor when this happened. It's still icky, predatory behaviour on Shmorky's part if she'd just become an adult, but icky =/= illegal.

PROTECT was gotten into a bit earlier by @Null. Basically there aren't a hell of a lot of instances of prosecutions where a person didn't already have real CP and PROTECT is focused on "if they are indistinguishable from actual images of a minor"(source: your first link). So Klurfs really don't apply.

I would argue a 30+ year old talking to a minor and then it progressing to sexual roleplay later is still grooming. There is no good reason for someone that old to talk to minor that personally and privately beforehand then add them on skype later with the intention for it to become more "serious" and sexual.

I have no doubt about that. Skype/Tumblr/Twitter/Furaffinity/thelistcontinues endlessly was probably an endless menu for him to choose from.
