Too many lolcows are actually horrorcows and should be disqualified on that grounds alone, imo. Horrorcows are interesting in a trainwreck sort of way but they're not really lolcows. Rick is king lolcow.

That's not happening any time soon. It's been scheduled for trial with the motion to dismiss already disposed of and the only likely dispositive motion that could get rid of the case entirely is a motion for summary judgment at the close of discovery. If there's an appeal of the partial denial of the motion to dismiss (which the City has as of right), then it would still take months to resolve.
The only way he could "lose" before the New Year is if he settles on humiliating terms somehow, and I don't see that happening, at least not yet.

Tbh I will be too even though I disagree about the weird opinion of him bringing no lols. I just think nobody should be allowed to win consecutively because it's boring to have the same cow over and over, even if he's honestly been way more of a retard and a cow this year than last.
He has the almost unfair "advantage" of having had an unironic fandom here at some point so there's an element of revenge in going after him.

You got a point, I just don't know who else even comes close to the magnitude of Rekietas collapse this year.
Personally I don't think he should have won last year, but this year I can't think of anyone thats fucked up as much, as badly, or as consistently as Balldo has.
I'm still voting for Pat though just on principle.
I've found Pat far funnier than Rekieta, Balldo disgusts me more than anything, I'd rather vote for someone I find funny, even if its pretty much a lost cause at this point.

Not being super well versed on these guys, but I'd argue Bossman Jack (his jailbird arc), Ralph (the chair rejecting him honestly was peak comedy) or Rekieta would all work as lolcows of the year.
Patty's only real notable thing this year is the lolsuit, which is just starting to take shape. And I guess chimping out over his lawn chairs.
Next year should be a big year for homo porcus. Lawsuit should resolve, hopefully the FBI investigation has the hammer dropping on him, and his Tiny Tim novel will finally be available for pu-okay, sorry, I was just having another one of my delusions with that last one.
