My reading is that he's just throwing Kayla under the bus, once more, by insinuating she's a hoarder.
I don't know if she is or not, but I refuse to believe that Nick has no hoarding tendencies himself given the many bottles, books, and unhung painting we see about his home.

He has negged her (though it did not seem like a neg at the time) about how many things she buys. He has mentioned having a shed in their garden that she has full of things and her penchant for LEGO.

He says he'd release "relevant parts" of it. Don't think it will be "fair & balanced."

Nick's face-blurring caveat isn't for the same reason as non-narcissists. Nick wants a reason to refuse to show the video.

The video he says he wants to release supposedly shows a cop rubbing cocaine in his daughters hair. He will never be satisfied that the blurred video shows what the cop did and obscures identity. "I have the blurred video but it obscures how nefarious the cop was in contaminating my daughter. Reducing the blurring reveals too much of my daughters face. I'd release it if I could but I just can't." He can't take responsibility for anything. It's always something outside his control.

Predication:
