I saw the docket for the day earlier, thread is moving too fast to go find it, but he was scheduled for 2:15pm for a thirty minute hearing. Either the judge is running late, or Rekieta's hearing is running late. What that means is anyone's guess, could be good, could be bad, but it's very unlikely to be a good thing.
