In all likelihood Nick has never been inside a church for mass. Most of the zoomer tradcaths use Catholicism as a convenient cover for their political beliefs and aren't churchgoers or particularly devout.

Pressing them about their views on a consistent life ethic is a pretty good way to spot them. Catholicism holds life to be sacred, so Church doctrine is to hold a system of ethics that reflect that view which manifests as opposition to offensive wars, the death penalty, abortion, etc.

I don’t understand why someone would be angry at this meme. Not married obviously, but the worse feeling I had from this was a sense of wistfulness at what I know I can’t have. Getting outright angry at this is boomer-tier “I hate my wife”.
