It's not definitive proof, but it's probative in that it makes a material fact of relevance in the case more or less likely. That's all something has to do to be probative. It doesn't have to be absolute proof by itself. It's highly probative, and not prejudicial. Even though it makes Nick and Kayla look like gargantuan scumbags and the jury will hate them, it's one of those res ipsa loquitur facts, that is, the thing speaks for itself.

There is no reasonably likely set of circumstances that lead to that positive test that don't involve outright criminal behavior by both of them.

I could see Nick being brought on to help learn business as he seems to have a handle on estate law per the other practicing YouTube lawyers. His grandfather, Louis, admired his lawyer uncle and I could see Nick manipulating his demented grandfather to get a document reading job for the charity.

I've guessed that it goes through that Nevada LLC, but that's just an inference based on its name.

This fits with what Nick has said about his having guaranteed business moving forward no matter what happens, if he did have some board work that required maybe a months worth of work a year. It also might be why he reacted the way he did with the people putting in ethics complaints: Remember his little sperg out about how he will always work hard to keep and defend his law license because of how much time he had to sacrifice away from family to get it? We all know how much he values time with his family, so that’s not fucking it.

More and more, I’m convinced he got his law degree so he could figure out how to weasel as much money as possible from his parents and grandparents.
