TL/DR I didn't. I'm brainbroken by slogging through April's tweets, but there are some insights at the end. Perhaps some of you will have others.

While they all share common enemies (anyone not on their side) Kayla, Nick, and April each have separate and conflicting personal goals. Below is a summation of their positions, written in a way that each permutation of personal wants/obstacles can be easily seen.

Nick isn't giving Kayla or April what they want.
Kayla wants either privacy or a showing that they are good people. April wants Nick's home, fame, and cocaine all to herself which is why she is publicly pressuring Nick.

Kayla isn't giving Nick or April what they want.
Nick wants Kayla to give him the freedom to do whatever he wants. April wants Kayla to get out of her way so she can move in.

April isn't giving Kayla what she wants and is a liability to Nick.
Kayla wants April gone. Nick wants April to stay drugged up, dependent, and quiet like Kayla was.

Their goals are incompatible and this creates increasing tension. The more they pretend to be united the more it will sting when any one of them gets closer to their personal goal at the expense of the others.
