AND AT THE SAME TIME this is really fucking weird and this is what the prosecution is going to step on in order to eviscerate him. He keeps lying and he keeps changing his story. TBF is pretty common on most "established" circles to establish a trust to manage your assets, ease transmission rights and taxes after death, shield from some personal legal troubles... in my country, for example, you have "necessary heirs" and you have to split 50% of your assets to be inherited between them in an even distribution, not to mention other shit you have to take into account or else you cannot register your property.
The point of contention would not be if he set the trust or not, but that the money was given to him to buy the house and that´s obvious considering his employment at the time.

Why did he include doxycycline in his list of essential medications? Is it due to the risk of Lyme disease in the US? Or is it because of its use for treating STDs? I'm inclined to believe the second option.

Also, ondansetron (Zofran) isn't OTC probably because it can prolong the QT interval and cause dangerous heart arrhythmia. If Rekieta actually studied, instead of just reading abstracts and pretending to know about the subject, he'd understand it better.

There is no confirmation, but I think the circumstantial evidence indicates it to be the most likely explanation.

The most compelling are the fact she was in the room, and he was talking to someone up to and during the event. Including when he verbally exclaimed the camera was still on - he was telling her to stop.
