Coomalot mentioned in a video that Nick saw a bunch of YouTube videos about self medicating yourself with cocaine to treat ADHD and started doing it himself. When you use cocaine you feel great, so he must have concluded it worked, and since his daughter was troubled with mental issues Nick might have thought cocaine would work better for her than anything those nerd psychiatrists could prescribe and started dosing her regularly.
The generous assumption is that he did it, not accidentally, but because he had a false belief that cocaine is a cure for ADD. This is the GENEROUS asssumption as crazy as this sounds. Yes the generous assumption to repeat here is that he was so insanely retarded that he was medicating his kid with a schedule II substance REGULARLY in order to cure her ADD. And actually i am not even buying it, it sounds like a cover story he came up with. I don't believe, i am not gonna be generous, i believe there is some kind of fucked up shit going on in there.

I´m no specialist, I just asked a bunch of questions and researched a little, there is no need to polute this thread when there is a full thread discussing it already. You can believe whatever you want but your assumption that is impossible to happen was denied by people that knew what they were talking about.
We started that argument because Nick´s first defense was saying it was impossible to have an accidental exposure on that level so the test could only be faulty.
When I searched on PubMed, most papers analyzing the hair follicle test for cocaine affirmed that the test is good for determining if exposure to the drug happened in children. However, it isn't a very reliable test for confirming the dose the child was exposed to or for how long.
Also, before that, naked Twister. That was pretty out there too.
I don't know for sure if it was an accidental or intentional exposure that the kid had with coke, but I know 100% it wasn't caused by a cop patting her hair. That's not how the test works, or what it's designed to find out.
Also, children are small, <shocked gasp>, and small amounts of drugs can have a much bigger impact on test results than they would have in adults.
By the numbers, yes. There is room for interpretation on what the number means. I also do not have a need to give the man any benefit of the doubt given the totality of the circumstances. Another point against Nick is for all his bluster about a second test, it never happened. So we’ll agree to disagree and I won’t be such a dick next time I express a difference in opinion.

There's a few ways to look at it. The recent whiny stream where he implicated himself for computer fraud, so he could obsess over Aaron jerking off, definitely felt like alcohol was involved. Probably more, but booze is a safe minimum assumption. But, his overall behavior doesn't feel like someone that's started hitting the crack pipe again after a few months, it feels like someone that's at their limit. By limit, I mean crossing between functional (relatively) to crackhead. There was no honeymoon phase that you'd expect if his tolerance was low. He just went from relative silence to crackhead behavior instantly.
Not to mention the defenses he gave, particularly while on stream with Dick Masterson, were insanely unconvincing. I believe Dick Masterson at one point described it as a margin of error equal to a butterfly gently gracing its wings on a surface. What are people supposed to think when they hear such unrepentant bullshit?
I checked out some of these and you're right, none of them are talking about the supposed medicinal benefits of cocaine. Either Camelot lied or they were videos on another platform like TikTok instead of Youtube specifically.

It's probably the earliest date he had a clean test and there was either a time-frame or a specific number of tests required for him to be free of monitoring. He wants to be free from restraint ASAP so the earliest date he can claim sobriety matters to him.
A cocaine test in hair folicles and how its conducted even as a field test, first there is a very good wash of the area that the test is done in order to remove contaminants. The problem in the equation so to speak is that after this washing procedure occured, then the sample was collected and field tested AND THEN IT POPPED 10x the amount. This eliminates the "cop touched my daughter's hair with cocaine" story completely. It was found in the root, it wasn't found in the end of her hair but the root. That's the issue here balldo doesn't understand. For it to pop like this we are talking a regular use of perhaps 40-90 days even, ,maybe even more and it was way over 10 times for it to pop 10 times. It was regular usage like once a week or even twice a week kind of deal for a long time.

My bet is still that he's on something like galaxy gas full Lil T style. It has to, at least, be something that's being smoked/huffed, never before has he had this very noticeable strain in his esophagus when he speaks. This huge lack of inhibition probably supports this as well, but he's supposedly getting drug tested 4x weekly and at random times. IIRC, there are limits to what is tested for on drug screenings, a specific amount of panels for common substances. I don't buy his "sober since Jun. 6" shit for even a second.
