Aaron should be able to get this started- after, one would hope, logging out whatever devices Nick is maliciously using to access his account, changing his password and setting up third factor authentication- by going to https://takeout.google.com/ and dumping out the data for 'Google Account' and 'Access Log Activity' and posting everything that comes back here on KiwiFarms. I'm sure we could establish correlations to confirm Nick is just browsing through Aaron's emails from his home IP address.

How wonderful, so Aaron doesn't even need a subpoena for this step. He'll have a list of all devices which have accessed the Google account over the past 30 days as well as a list of the services accessed by those devices. Because if someone else hacked into his Google account instead of Nick & April accessing this information, that would show up too. In fact, the absence of such a hacker's device appearing could indicate that it may have been Nick & April committing these crimes.

Maybe if Aaron doesn't chance upon this option presented in this thread then one of those two supposed comrades of his could see this and pass this along to him? The other thing about any potential evidence from any hypothetical emails from Aaron about the case is that they would likely do Nick little good. Nick already tried the "Aaron is a bad person who isn't my friend" argument in the case and it went nowhere. He could hypothetically find something which could case trouble for Aaron as a witness in court, but it would be much harder to find anything that would hurt the warrant itself.

But going down that road for Nick now is rather dangerous in that it would expose him through his recent behavior to even more charges related to trying to influence a potential witness. I mean if he had this information, he didn't immediately use it for his case. He took it out on the internet and used parts of this illegally obtained information to personally go after a potential witness in his own case.

On the other hand, it could be immensely damaging to the "revenge porn" case against Aaron.

So I'm looking through the CFAA regs right now. To date a list of federal and state charges Crackieta may get hit with:

Attempt to commit conspiracy: 5 years and forfeiture of equipment used. 10 yrs second offense
