It's too late in the game for DV to be used legally. You can't introduce April telling other people as evidence of it. It's hearsay. Also very common for BPD people.

That's quite likely, Nick reminds me a lot of Max Karson, Vito and to an extent Nick Bate, in the way in which he seems to enjoy admitting to things and then trying to pull it right back by leveraging plausible deniability and semantics.

I think a lot of the tweets, like the "I did a mountain of cocaine" tweet were calculated traps so that he could fulfill his strange fantasy of being able to tell the world what he did, but also have the world not be able to do anything about it.
