The infuriating irony of liberals mindlessly focusing solely on Trump as a fascist and evil is that the people he brings with him could much more define the direction of the country and could potentially be dangerous and extreme. While I expect he won't have a revolving door cabinet like last time, liberals are correct to be a bit nervous about a White House being filled with hardcore ideologues who do actually want to disenfranchise them among other more broadly unpopular policies in the way neocons did back in the Bush years, but their hysteria and obnoxious self-righteousness makes pointing this out impossible.
