So, if you read the story that the MSN story links to you'll discover that even the RNC which filed the lawsuit isn't claiming that this is the result of fraud. Almost all of these cases of "extra voters" are because people who died or moved out of state are still on the rolls and it's a major bureaucratic clusterfuck to remove names from the rolls. And none of this equates to ineligible people actually voting. That story also notes that Michigan has 16,666 people who were born before 1924 on the rolls, but only 1100 of those people voted. Now, the logical conclusion from that is that there's about 15,000 dead people who never got removed from the rolls but no one is pretending to be them to vote. And that's just the ones born before 1924.
Yes, there are lots of ineligible people on registration rolls. But there are so few cases of people actually fraudulently voting that they are statistically insignificant. All of this shit is a smokescreen to get people to distrust the process and set up Trump to challenge the results of the election. Again.

Problem with your argument is that the very nature of this act means there can be no evidence, what do you want? There are a lot of illegal immigrants in the country that are not elligible to vote. They can vote in states without identification.
