I’m of the age where I was the target demographic for Captain Planet during its original run and even then I thought it was corny and preachy, and I only put up with it because there were better shows on before and after it.

Taking it back to politics, it's kind of funny that the show was famously made by batshit liberal Ted Turner, and all the villains are all clearly meant to be evil Republican straw-men... except.

And it's been decades, but I'm pretty sure I remember an episode where the main villain was going around spreading AIDS. (WTF 90's?) Which political party is it that thinks it should be legal to knowingly spread AIDS again?

Verminous Skumm breaks into a doctor's office and searches through medical files. He discovers that a basketball player named Todd Andrews (voiced by Neil Patrick Harris) has been diagnosed as being HIV-positive, and Skumm starts spreading rumours that Todd has AIDS, turning his classmates and the townspeople against him.
The Planeteers see posters Skumm has made about Todd plastered on walls all over town. The townspeople then wreck Todd's mother's vegetable stand. The Planeteers arrive to drive the angry mob away, but Todd then disappears, fleeing to an old shack. After having a nightmare where his girlfriend, mother, brother, best friend, and coach all tell him of their disappointment in him, Todd decides to go back, only to find that the boat he used to reach the shack is gone, leaving him stranded.
Ma-Ti uses his Heart Ring's power to pinpoint Todd's location, and the Planeteers summon Captain Planet, who brings Todd back. When the crowd, with Skumm among them, react angrily to Todd's presence at the school's basketball game, Captain Planet and Todd's coach set the record straight with Captain Planet telling the crowd that they have been led astray by lies, and the coach tells them they can't get AIDS by casual contact. While the crowd cheer Todd, Skumm and his hench rat try to sneak off, only to be intercepted by Captain Planet, who delays them long enough for the police to arrive and arrest them.

The whole Brat thing was really badly advised.
If you have children, a brat is a small child that desperately needs backhanded because they break shit, throw fits over the dumbest shit (Like not letting them climb into the oven to watch the cookies bake), demand treats constantly, and want every single desire and whim catered to.
To parents, saying someone is a brat is saying that the person needs a good smack in the mouth and then stood in the corner.
To adults, brats are the little shits throwing a tantrum in the store, screaming at the top of their lungs for some stupid shit. Brats are their dumbass liberal/fundie sibling's retarded indigo child or out of control little shit.

But there's another meaning.
A brat is a submissive who lets their dom know they need attention by acting up. By disobeying or being 'naughty' in public. It's a sub/dom relationship bit.
The number one thing you do with brat when they act up is spank them.
Either of those is NOT a good look for a female president.
Throwing ineffective tantrums and screaming to get what they want OR misbehaving so someone stronger and more dominant will spank them.

Perhaps I'm just biased, but it always amuses me how much more unsightly the audience behind the podium is at Kamala's rallies than Trump's.
One I saw the other day was 100% black (I would assume handpicked), and in that picture it's like half 50+ years old white women.
Meanwhile Trump's are much more adjacent to just average demographics I see out in public on a normal day.

With Trump showing up on more podcasts I'm just gonna reiterate. Do it Donald, he's the best goblin, a tremendous goblin, the best Croc player you've ever seen. An amazing show too, he even knows what to do with the little creatures in cages and saw what Hillary did in the taco bell bathroom, it was so bad!
Edit: If Trump is smart he'll have it rigged up so when he's making fries they are cooking using beef tallow as the original recipe called for instead of industrial sludge. Then tell people that fries will taste like that again if he is president. Seriously beef tallow fries are something else if you've never had them, the only reason they don't exist anymore is because some "health" faggot said eating engine lubricant is better. Beef tallow isn't even expensive, most beef fat is completely discarded in processing plants nowadays, to the point I can make tallow for borderline free.
