He hasn't been seen in his studio in a while. He sounded awful in Lawgic's stream. He changed his mailing address. Did he lose access to his house and studio? Did they seize his computer for some reason?

It is much more likely he is under supervision by his parents to stay clean, complete not-rehab (rehab is for addicts Stalker Child!) and eventually get his kids back on a permanent basis.He hasn't been seen in his studio in a while. He sounded awful in Lawgic's stream. He changed his mailing address. Did he lose access to his house and studio? Did they seize his computer for some reason?
Kayla and him both live with HER parents, and you can count on the kids being there too, with unannounced CPS visits to have the druggies piss in a cup and check-ins on the kids.

It would be pretty funny if in order to regain custody of his kids Nick's parents had to regain custody of him.

I think it's more likely Kayla's parents live with the kids at the main house while Nick and Kayla can't live there. This was similar to a proposal they floated earlier. What I'd like to know is why Nick can't stream from his studio but can stream from that other room with crappy equipment.
My speculation is that he stipulated to KCHHS that he wouldn't live there or at spare house. Overnight streaming makes it look to KCHHS that he has unsupervised full-run of the house with the kids and they said stop. Common area access only. Swapping houses with the parents is a "creative solution" but I bet they got upset when they gamed it. So now it most look like, in all aspects, that they are not living there. Otherwise everyone would apply for the "swap but not really" option.

He may have ruined his PC streaming setup somehow. He briefly streamed at 1 FPS from his studio, then streamed from his kitchen counter for his Locals stream and Joe's stream on Sunday.
It's his kitchen counter (facing away from the kitchen area) which he streamed from before May 2024, he probably broke his PC somehow.
Why?
It's literally the same house.
Can you explain your point?

Putting on my tinfoil hat here, I have noticed that he streamed from his kitchen more often when his children were not in the house. That combined with him changing his address makes me think the kids have been moved as part of the child case, Nick and Kayla have moved to be with them, and he goes back to the balldo bunker to stream to keep up appearances. May be a factor in him not streaming often as well.
ETA: he may also be avoiding streaming from his studio since April attended her zoom hearing there.

I think KCHHS told him he must treat the kids house as separate from his own. Streaming overnight from the bunker looks like he is 1) unsupervised and 2) in private areas of home. KCHHS doesn't want this arrangement to look like Rekieta has more access than if the kids were removed to a foster home of a non-relative.
I think KCHHS called him out over balldo bunker streams so now he must only be in common areas of the kids home just like if he was visiting a random foster home. In all appearance, they made him move including where he receives mail and court correspondence. KCHHS needs a different address to drop by and check on him. It's the "creative solution" the GAL alluded to.
I think the "Nick won" narrative of getting his kids back was a lie. I think the KCHHS requirement of sobriety and treatment is the starting point for unsupervised visitation. The kids moved back to their house as Nick and Kayla moved out. Until treatment is done and sobriety established, only supervised visitation.

I knew that fact when I watched the episode which actually added another layer to that joke for me, since the “Chewbacca defense” isn’t even factually accurate.
Dick has this uncanny ability to cause the downfall of everyone around him while coming out more or less unscathed. I think when his downfall finally comes it’ll be like the Seinfeld finale.
The only people who run defense for Rekieta are his hypnotized fanbase (dwindling), grifters like Barnes, or lolbertarian hedonists like Styx or Juju and his clique. It’s actually turned me off libertarianism in general since you realize they only hold the principles that they do because they need to justify getting high/drunk all day and fucking whoever they want.

The Balldo bunker is a safe that is right off of his "music room" which I would assume is reasonable to call a kids' space, and I think he has even called it a kids' space in the past. The music room might also just be a generic play space for the kids, which would further reinforce this.
"The kids are back in the house" says nothing about whether Nick is in the same house. It will be interesting to re-watch the gloat stream about this in light of the change of address and the new theories. This is exactly how Nick might twist words to turn a huge L into a fake win.
I would personally pin this on the following three things:
- Nick's wifi setup is probably trash
- He may have downgraded his internet to save money
- Rumble's infrastructure is shit and can't deal with packet loss, high latency, or bursty connections

The entire point of the joke is that Cochran just spouts bullshit that's wrong. I'm convinced the guy you're quoting did not even get the joke, but got mad anyways because

The pictures posted by April are odd to me. Not just the recent ones.
April's face is either not good at showing how she feels, or there is a part of her that is generally unhappy (though one can guess why). After checking some images from the thread it seems to be a bit of a theme. Not all of her pictures are like this but it happens too often for me not to notice.
Half of April knows to smile. The other half doesn't seem to want to.
Also, in one of the examples above, it is apparent that April is capable of having a bit of cleavage though it was before she got on a steady diet of cocaine and whiskey.
While April's shift can happen on the vertical of her face, Kayla's shift can happen on the horizontal. Below is a comparison with a Disney villainess whose mouth is smiling, but the eyes are telegraphing something else:
Then there is Nick's "Checking on Lady Rackets" segment from March 22nd 2024 to consider, wherein Nick leaves to check on Kayla and comes back with a bloody nose followed by an exaggerated performance explaining how it happened and how little he kisses anyone else...
Of course, this happened during the Qover and at a time when Aaron had taken to staying in bed with Kayla while Nick did his show. It also wouldn't be the last time something on Nick's nose caused him trouble.
Combine it with Nick's various facial ticks and face pulls (enough to rival even Kayla) and they start to look more and more insane. Given all the fighting that happened behind the scenes (even before the arrests) their lives just seem like endless dramatic misery as they try to posture and "own the haters" rather than fix the problems in their own lives.

Are you telling me this broke ass nigga can't even afford taking the thing to a repair shop or buying a brand new mid-end computer for streaming? How bad are Nicky's finances that having his streaming equipment (allegedly his job) set back up is an expense beyond his reach?
Come on Nicky, even Null can drop a couple thousands on a computer for streaming, he even got a 4090 to play wizard game while you are running on a languid, last generation 3090 that doesn't even work.
Do you need our permission to get a new computer? just say so and the KKK will sign your authorization to go out to the store and get a new one.

I totally understand your point where it could be an "unhappy" look. However, upon looking at her natural lip curvature, they tend to naturally curve down, and when you're "cocaine skinny," the curvature is going to be more pronounced and profound.
The other thing is that I think she's really trying to give off this "sexy, sultry, seductive" vibe with this half-smile, half-grin which with her half grin, it tends to go downward. Even when she's trying to do a seductive "duck face lip" face, her lips go downward (see picture). Idk . . . it may be just cocaine body tied with genetics . . .
