Aaron was a small part of a search warrant. He is next to nothing for an actual trial.

He's a literal eyewitness to the criminal conduct. They don't need him, but a "reasonable doubt" is often a really small thing. Another set of boots to stomp it is never unwelcome.

The only reason not to call him is if his own retardation would allow the defense to muddy the waters by calling his credibility into question, which they're already doing, but actually having him there would make easier.

I'm not sure why they'd need him, but an eyewitness who can say he literally saw Nick in control and custody of the drugs he's denying he possessed is always a relevant witness.

This is especially the case if Balldo goes fully to Funky Town and claims the cocaine was Aaron's and he had no idea how it got into his safe, his kids, and all over his house. The interesting thing about him crawling out of his hole today (aside from this thread calling him out on his silence recently), is his "Oh Aaron has a settlement conference" thing. You're likely right, Nick was doing this in part to keep his drooling coke whores in line. But it's going to be a lot harder to spin a win if Aaron's likely pleading out to a lesser (small fine, suspended sentence on a misdemeanor). I wonder if he does bail.

Your suspicion is obviously reasonable. Indeed, I suspect Nick of trolling Potentially Criminal with alt accounts.

For what it's worth, though, I enjoy laughing at Balldo Man as much as anyone else. I only discovered this site from watching Nick seethe about it.

In particular, I enjoy Nick's infuriating misrepresentations and half truths being mocked and satirised by farmers. Likewise, I find Kurt's misrepresentation of his experience galling. Any attempt to mock him in his chat gets you banned.

So when I stumbled on the case of him unsuccessfully trying to sue his employer, I couldn't resist making an account to bring the tale to a wider audience. I think it's funny because Kurt seems to have reacted to what should have been a minor career set-back in the the same comically counter-productive way he reacts to mild criticism from his chat.

Incidentally, I don't even wish Kurt any ill-will really. My main hope is just to have a few people laugh at him with me.
