No He has not violated his probation. This is for violating his bond conditions. He is on bond for the felony drug possession. They likely have a "no weed even if its legal" condition. So if he failed a drug test in Domestic Relations probation, they might tell the General District court who is revoking bond.
Keep an eye on probation violations in his Domestic Relations court hearing. But Austin is likely going back to jail on 10/17!
