I will not speak with Rekieta directly again moving forward. I'm debating just outright blocking his number. He was very obviously trying to fish a pull quote he could use to sink my motion for the recording, despite my affidavit being completely honest. It was a really blatant gambit that might work on your own children or wife, but it doesn't work on another adult man, especially one that is very aware he's talking to a whacked out narcissistic cokehead backed into a corner. His "I'm just talking to you for your own information" ploy wasn't very clever when we were on good terms, but now it's just eye-rolling.

He tried the "we" stuff in the DMs but I just ignored it because it was asinine, pointless deflection which would only make the conversation less coherent and concise. I was directly, by name, asking him to send a consent affidavit to Hardin, who had also just filed the motion he was discussing either the same day or the day before. There's no ambiguity who "we" is. Why would I want him to consent to the bodycam footage on the Kiwi Farms? That doesn't help. I want a consent affidavit sent to my practicing Minnesota attorney so he can send it to the County Clerk.

If Rekieta wants to say more he's free to register to the Kiwi Farms. I'll even find some way to give him space to post without being overwhelmed. But, talking to him in private is a bad idea because he's very blatantly using it to try and sink my information requests.

Some of his kids are old enough to draw their own conclusions. They know that, in order to reunite the family, Nick had to be sober. They knew how upsetting it was to have him drunk or hungover all the time. They had to be privately elated that he had stopped drinking because that meant they might get their old dad back.

And the first thing he does when they get back under his roof is get wasted. They are going to know full well that the only thing Nick cared about was winning over the government. If he cared about them at all, he would have continued to be sober for their sake. That has to be absolutely crushing. The man is a monster.

He's acting like it was absolutely crucial to his case to get that objection in there, but the judge overruled the objection. It might just be that the lawyers he's dissing so much knew that it wasn't going to be sustained and weren't making it because they knew the objection would make them look bad.

If Nick was a practicing lawyer, he would understand that.

Nick says Kayla's tearful "these are the consequences of our actions" to her son could have been about anything. Everything that happens in our lives is the consequences of our actions after all teehee.

He wasn't there so he doesn't know what it was about. He just knows it wasn't about substance abuse.

We all read the court transcript. Sweep never claimed that Kayla spelled out the actions in question were taking drugs, and she openly admitted that she didn't know the full context. Nick always wants to play the 'I didn't explicitly say that, you're just making an assumption, and that's on you' game, but seeing how he reacts when someone else says something that implies an obvious conclusion, it's really clear that he knows full well what he's doing and his prevaricating over how people interpret his statements is utter garbage.

Reading the documents, they were pushing for the grandparents to live in the Spicer coom dungeon. The Guardian ad Litem stated awareness training and licensing is required, but she likes that creative solution and from her tone, it will work. Nick didn't beat any charges. If you listen carefully, what happened was that he cooperated with CPS and the family court to some point where they relaxed some of the conditions around his children. Nick is saying that the process is almost over with CPS which means that its really not over.

Nick specifically didn't "beat" any of the criminal charges (based on information revealed). There is a small chance he got full custody of his children back, but there is no way to know what happened until (or if) the information from the latest hearing concerning his children is released.
