It's a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 30 years.
N.C. G.S. § 14-208.7. Registration
(a) A person who is a State resident and who has a reportable conviction shall be required to maintain registration with the sheriff of the county where the person resides. If the person moves to North Carolina from outside this State, the person shall register within three business days of establishing residence in this State, or whenever the person has been present in the State for 15 days, whichever comes first.

Registration shall be maintained for a period of at least 30 years following the date of initial county registration unless the person, after 10 years of registration, successfully petitions the superior court to shorten his or her registration time period under G.S. 14-208.12A.

If MrBeast's team actually filed a petition for him to get off the registry, you could probably get a copy from court records. Notice also has to be given to the sheriff of the county that the crime occurred in (in this case: Sussex County, DE) so it could be worth sending a FOIA to them:
N.C. G.S. § 14-208.12A. Request for termination of registration requirement
If the reportable conviction is for an offense that occurred in another state, the petition shall be filed in the district where the person resides. A person who petitions to terminate the registration requirement for a reportable conviction that is an out-of-state offense shall also do the following: (i) provide written notice to the sheriff of the county where the person was convicted that the person is petitioning the court to terminate the registration requirement and (ii) include with the petition at the time of its filing, an affidavit, signed by the petitioner, that verifies that the petitioner has notified the sheriff of the county where the person was convicted of the petition and that provides the mailing address and contact information for that sheriff.

This is why I never get attached to internet personalities, especially lefty ones with big money deals rolling in. With how many falls from grace I have seen I just can't trust these people.

This has been my thought process over the years:

1. MrBeast? The guy who films really long videos is a philanthropist now? Unorthodox but not unwelcome.​
2. Creator challenges? Seems like a money grab but there's worse.​
3. He's got a tranny on his team that he endorses? Maybe it's just for optics.​
4. Tranny is a pedophile? Shieeeet well at least Jimmy isn't a pedophile.​

Is Jimmy a pedophile? Like everything, it's a possibility and these events don't discredit that. I'd refrain from alleging it because I can't believe in guilt by association 100% of the time, but surrounding himself with pedophiles doesn't make him look good.

That being said, fuck you Jimmy, you knew about these people. I don't care if it was for optics or for business or friendship or love, grow a spine.

I would be able to forgive his mistake if he cleaned up his organization, but it appears he is committed to this.
If he wants social amnesty, he should release a brief statement detailing zero tolerance for pedophilia and the immediate termination of those involved.

Notice I said forgive, not forget. If this happens again, I'd consider him totally compromised. At that point he should be personally investigated by the feds. But he won't be, because he's so cool he's above the law.

Im going to go against most of the people here cause I dont think Jimmy is a pedo. The only thing that gets him hard is cash. His girlfriend probably needs to dress up Ben Franklin to get him going.
