Makeup isn’t magic. It doesn’t matter how heavy the coverage promised by a foundation, it won’t conceal a three day growth. It just accentuates it. Heavy application is also very aging. This isn’t a one-off either. All his photos show he can’t or won’t do a close shave. Even if he did shave properly, his skin is probably so rough that makeup will still look crap. He needs to shave, exfoliate, and get proper professional help to find makeup that works. He will then be one step closer to being Shrek in a wig.
