This has shown that Biden has been puppeteered by insiders for years. Nothing will happen. Even if Biden actually was dead this would be announced, and Copmala would take over the govt. effective immediately. Various presidents have died in office and nothing happens because the system is in place precisely to contain that scenario.

Now, on the other hand, it's rather worrying that America has had the God-Emperor of Mankind sitting in his Golden Throne for however many years. Who is calling the shots, and how? That doesn't inspire confidence in the stability of American democracy, and thus American allies are likely to withdraw a bit. If China or Russia invade American soil it will not be a hot war, and you'll not even notice it.
