Twitter isn't a good metric for human behavior of course, but the point is that she's not as universally hated as Clinton or as obviously disabled as Biden. It took Biden being unable to walk or speak for democrats to even consider not voting for him, so I wouldn't assume the election's a total Trump victory just yet.

She can walk and recite the talking points her string-pullers give her. That makes her a viable democrat candidate, and that's all they really need. If they rigged it for Biden, no one would believe the outcome. If they rig it for Harris, it's plausible enough to pretend it's not a complete sham.
