I hope it doesn't unthumbnail things to resize them. I hate having big pictures mid-post so I always drag them smaller

Judging by how sometimes images get weird artifacts when thumbnailed and when I resize them the artifacts stay there I'm pretty sure it doesn't change it back to full sized.
