DEZ'S GAG ORDER​

One of the biggest talking points about Boogie's divorce is the non-disparage clause which Dez signed (will refer to this as "NDC" going forward). This is another one of those regrettable livestream Freudian slips from him:

As you can see this is just another story that Boogie can't keep straight to save his life. For the record, Boogie started melting down over this because of the Sam & Tolki subreddit. He was using a strawman argument that the subreddit was accusing him of beating his wife and so he got Dez to make a statement:

Now while Dez did come out and say that she never signed an NDA, that's NOT what Boogie said during his livestream slip up. He said that there's an NDC in the mediation agreement. So yes, Dez didn't sign an NDA, but she did sign an NDC.

Considering that Boogie took the entire Sam & Tolki subreddit and criticism videos of him as slander and hate, then I don't think his ex-wife would be allowed to say much:

One of the main things he keeps saying over and over is that he never wanted people to buy in, he's been saying this for days.

The problem is that these crypto token pump and dump extremely quickly, the bulk of the buys and sells took place within the first 1 hour of the token launching. He put out one tweet as a reply to the original promotion of the coin with a disclaimer saying it's a meme coin not to be taken seriously, but at the same time also claimed that he was doing this to help fund cancer treatments. So, if your fans want to support you and help pay for your cancer treatments they should buy in? He's trying to play both sides like always.

You can see in the Telegram messages he's all too happy to celebrate people buying in and the price going up. But as soon as it comes down and people start losing money, he avoids responsibility saying that it's all about having fun and that you shouldn't take it seriously.

This timeline shows the first 3 hours of the tokens launch and covers the main pump and dump.

So essentially, he promoted it on the way up, and then after 45 minutes when the price is going down, he flipped. Saying that no one should buy it and that you're an idiot if you did which he's been saying ever since. If you truely didn't want people to get caught up in this and lose money you would have taken Coffee's advice and not gone through with promoting this. I'm guessing that Boogie thought he could get the easy money, blame any moral issues about taking the bag on his self-inflicted health issues. Then dismiss all the people who lost money as crypto bro fools who shouldn't have listed to him.

I also hate how he urges people to come forward if they lost money, while simultaneously shaming them for being fools by buying into the product THAT HE ADVERTISED. He knows that people will be embarrassed and ashamed to come forward and admit to losing money on this.

Also, for some context here's what the chart looks like from launch to now. The dotted line shows where my timeline above ends. You can see that the price has fallen significantly from the peak.

The tiny pump above the 11:41 is when Mutahar and Critikal released their videos and Boogie was saying how he wanted to see the coin pump to prove the haters wrong.

I would love to see someone do a dive into the top 10 or 20 wallets. Even better some kind of graphic representation of all the wallets. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot or even most of the top buyers were pump and dump vets, but it's all proportional: some brokie losing a throusand bucks could mean more than someone with $10mil losing $100k. The way Boogie tells it every wallet holds six or seven figures in other shitcoins, but you can just see from the immediate trading records on dexscreeener that trades generally are in the two to low four digit dollar figures. (I wonder how many of those sub-$100 trades are market sells, potentially meaning people cashing out the last $30 that remained of a $3000 investment)

Also, someone (preferably multiple someones) that got fucked on Lardcoin really needs to go after him for restitution. He's really glommed onto the phrase "I will make you whole." I think that phrase has some significant legal weight to it, and I'd really like to see what Boog and "his devs" mean by it. Are they going to pay them back in Solano to the amount of their original investment? Or are they going to conjure up 57 billion new Lardcoin as reimbursement? (on that note, is there any kind of Lardcoin "mining" or generative capability or is it just the initial quantity and that's it forever?)
