You can apply his changing narrative to anything. Even his "rape(s)". Here's the simplified version of his rape claims:"It's a joke"
"It's for a community, so I can talk to my fans"
"It's not for fans, it's for millionaire crypto bros"
"I won't pay back those hurt with the $5k, sorry"
"If you lost money and are a fan, come to me and I will apologize and try to 'make you whole'"
"The devs will try to 'make you whole'"
"You're a fucking idiot if you bought this and deserve to lose money, I don't care"
"I said not to buy it, don't buy it, it will make you broke"
"Hey guys in my telegram, buy more fucking coins! Keep the community alive, make Coffeezilla mad!"
"I understand now what I did might be wrong (to Coffee) and I will never do something like this again"
"Hey guys in my telegram x2, wanna buy a fucking NFT? DANIEL KEEM said I should do it."
"The team can talk to Coffee. They'll prove it's not a scam."
"Can you expose the devs so people will leave me alone? They're the real bad guys here."
(Please keep in mind that Boogie recently did two podcasts with his brother where rape or molestation wasn't mentioned. Also, their father wasn't labelled abusive by either one of them)
I repeat, you can apply this to anything. A simple "yes" or "no" scenario like "did you ex-wife sign an NDA" has about 5+ different narratives (We signed it, only I signed it she didn't, I signed it I don't know if she did, it wasn't an NDA, it was an NDA etc).
DEZ'S GAG ORDEROne of the biggest talking points about Boogie's divorce is the non-disparage clause which Dez signed (will refer to this as "NDC" going forward). This is another one of those regrettable livestream Freudian slips from him:

("Which I asked for, she didn't ask for it." Emphasis on Boogie saying that HE asked for it)
For those of you who are unsure, here is the meaning of an NDC:
This of course gets mentioned to him by his critics. Boogie being a big fat liar spins several different versions of events in response:![]()
Apparently not a gag order, according to Boogie:
![]()
"I signed an NDA, not sure if she did" (how could you be unsure about the outcome of a legal agreement between you and someone else?):
Boogie is now saying that it was NEVER an NDA. He signed an NDC, but she didn't:![]()
![]()
("I OBVIOUSLY didn't" - Signs of a Boogie lie)
As you can see this is just another story that Boogie can't keep straight to save his life. For the record, Boogie started melting down over this because of the Sam & Tolki subreddit. He was using a strawman argument that the subreddit was accusing him of beating his wife and so he got Dez to make a statement:![]()
But then Boogie says that he signed an NDA and goes on to explain what an NDA is:
![]()
"She didn't sign it, I did":

He also made her address the NDC (btw nice jab at mental health, Mr."Mental Health Advocate"):
![]()
Boogie also debunks all the previous screenshots by saying that they both signed an NDC here (he really sucks at lying):

Now while Dez did come out and say that she never signed an NDA, that's NOT what Boogie said during his livestream slip up. He said that there's an NDC in the mediation agreement. So yes, Dez didn't sign an NDA, but she did sign an NDC.
Considering that Boogie took the entire Sam & Tolki subreddit and criticism videos of him as slander and hate, then I don't think his ex-wife would be allowed to say much:
