Maybe he’ll do that asshole judge move where the close the records but the record that seals the case lists all the documents being sealed by name description and type. Basically spilling the beans when putting them away.Strong start, Frank. I liked the citation of the Minnesota rules of civil procedure to try to shortcut things. Shame it didn't work for you. If only you knew that those rules didn't apply to CPS cases. Maybe you did know, but you were hoping the judge would bend the rules for you.
I, sadly, suspect the judge will grant the motion to seal the case file when he eventually hears it, but I hope he is as much of a stickler for the rules going forward as this denial suggests.
