I, sadly, suspect the judge will grant the motion to seal the case file when he eventually hears it, but I hope he is as much of a stickler for the rules going forward as this denial suggests.

I think it likely to be sealed as well, but i wil find it amusing if this judge actually holds Nick's feet to the fire to do things correctly. It might be the first bit of accountability he has had in a long time.
