The real kicker is at 0:24 in the video you can see visible protrusions to the side of his nose that to me look like tendrils which wrap into his eye socket and nasal cavity. If the guy is a coke head who knows what kind of nasal damage could be going on, but to me its pretty compelling.

The damage is because cocaine hydrochloride is a salt which reacts with water to form cocaine (the base) and hydrochloric acid (the acid). If you've seen really far gone cokeheads they often have basically collapsed noses that have been eaten away. It was notable to me because it looked more like protrusions than any kind of inward collapse. His self reported, "sunlight allergy," and narcolepsy among other things all point to him being one of many alcoholics numbing themselves while they are quite literally eaten alive.
