There's no "possibly" about this. They will definitely have this stick with them for the rest of their lies. Much like when someone lies to you and you can't really ever completely trust them again, how do you go through life knowing for a fact that at one point your parents cared more about doing drugs and having sex with strangers than they did about their own children, yourself and your siblings? I do think there is a strong "gag gift" element to it, but if you have been unfortunate enough to see a video demonstration, one can kinda see that there ends up being a similar thing going on, your balls are actually going inside of the vagina, creating a type of "knot" effect. even if it wasn't intentional, I don't doubt some people use it for this purpose.
