Reading this reminds me of my cousin. 2 weeks ago when I went to check up on him I caught him on the floor screaming about how he was going to die at the hands of coworker who is currently behind bars and has been for over 2 years now. I could see from the front door quite a lot of empty vodka and whiskey bottles,

I called an ambulance only for him to die before he even got there, he was only 29 at the time and he started drinking when he was 23, I will never forget how I saw him die in front of me
nigga stop making shit up also stop powerleveling like a gigantic faggot

People often think of medical school and law school in the same category. They aren't. It's so much harder to get into the worst MD school than most of your better law schools. There's a ton of law schools that produce tons of lawyers and most of them make dogshit.
I would never consider a doctor and a lawyer to be equal, obviously, a doctor is a highly skilled job and a lawyer is a slightly fancy clerk. But it is interesting that there are tons of lawyers that make dogshit, I always considered a lawyer a decent paying gig. I also find it interesting Nick is a trust fund kid from a very wealthy family, first I ever heard that before. I just assumed he was a shit lawyer who needed to stream to pay the bills.

What is the “Duncan incident”? I looked in the thread a bit but can only find some guy named Duncan that people here hate and that Nick debated about Kiwi Farms.
Imagine the most retarded leftist caricature who lies about everything for The Cause. The kind of guy who's so fucked in the head he makes even Destiny cringe.

He's probably not directly responsible, but he added the pressure on YouTube to get Nick deplatformed. Some of his fans or himself was undoubtedly behind the last strike on Nick's youtube.

Duncan has an extreme hatred at Nick about the debate because the stream had a clip of him laughing at a wife beating joke.

this is because a medical education is very expensive to provide, because they have to do clinical stuff in real hospitals.
whereas a legal education is very cheap to provide, it's all about studying textbooks and writing stuff, barely any expenses beyond teachers salaries.

I believe Sean also said (correctly) that Minnesota is weird. I've never a bond system where you get to choose like this. In a lot of other states the judge decides what your release conditions are after input from both the state and the defendant.
I think it's pretty discretionary, although I've never seen this particular thing. It may be just a Judge Fischer thing. One thing that America's Lawyer guy said that I agree with is I'm very suspicious of that cocaine amount that so very conveniently just barely exceeds the threshold to make it a very serious felony.

I wonder if Nick offered to pay Aaron to sign an NDA. It's my understanding that's legally permissible, but the reverse (Aaron demanding money) would constitute extortion.
There has to be consideration for an NDA.
If Nick offered and Aaron named a price, not necessarily extortion, whereas if Aaron said "I have pics of you doing x and unless you pay me I'm going to spill," extortion. If Nick offered and Aaron said "more," probably not extortion. And of course an nda requiring committing a crime (perjury or obstruction) isn't going to be enforceable. And if you're compelled to testify and do, you're keeping the money then, too.

I also think that is why Kayla didn't get it. 1) In addition to the kids, Nick also does not give two shits about Kayla; 2) Kayla may actually be trying to get clean so she didn't need the unconditional bond. In addition to the above points Sean mentioned, in response to a superchat question he also said that it would be problematic for Kayla to be around Nick if he continued to booze, coom and drug, since she still has the conditional release.
1) is definitely correct. 2) is unnecessary and foolish from a user's perspective, because after the 30 days in rehab and the omfg I'll never use again has worn off it takes exactly 1 fuck up to get remanded.

can always start doing public defender work. doesn't pay as well as private clients but that's not a huge issue cause the trust fund will make up the difference.
That would be a travesty. Plus, you're not likely going to get hired in his situation.

Why would he have to work on a "new studio" if he was still in his own house? Also, don't be a pussy Nick. Talk about your case. I bet you could grift off it for a million dollars!
I'm betting this is because the warrant used his appealstream to show there were drugs in the house with the kids. Different location and/or greenscreen means he can get as fucked up on camera as he wants and they can't use it as a reason to search his house again.

Holy shit that's a blast from the past. Fucking hell man I didn't plan to get shot in the feels like that. That lady had such a sad ending to her life.
Yeah, she was a selfish bitch, but you could still see the humanity in her. Like the comments say, even at the very end she wouldn't say a bad word about Marion. I still remember when I first binged all the Lady Di content in (somewhat) chronological order around 2016, and then it ends with that real mindfuck of a video. It was a huge reason I stopped ultimately drinking.

He'll have to give in eventually and start wearing the Gallagher hat
Instead of watermelons, he can smash ounces of cocaine into the audience.

So I’m assuming going to school for a psychiatry doctorate is extremely expensive, without scholarships (:_(

Thread tax: I’ve been keeping an eye on Rekietamine’s YT subscriber count on socialblade and it still hasn’t dipped below 447k. I don’t know if he still has that many sycophantic braindead balldoguards or a lot of them are people who don’t log in to that YouTube account anymore or forgot they’re subscribed to him or what. I was optimistically hoping he’d be bleeding subscribers by now.

And there he goes.:story:

Im still subscribed just so I'll know when he finally comes back for his cope stream.

Those damn keeeds aren't in the house any longer so he can finally take his show out of the basement.
Exactly this. Finally he can live the dream that janny aaron is even trying for and extremely successful and totally not a never-was juju the cow embodies of the most successful LA comedian ever

Really though

Nick thinks being fucked up equals funny so more degeneracy and life ruining actions are just good for his show (clearly incorrect that anyone with eyes can see, cratering subscriber numbers among others),

and attention from losers like daxipad is really what counts,

and rather than being a good father and getting involved in his kids lives and supporting them every day and building and working for the family ,

His dumb, now drug whore, drug addict wife chose drugs over the kids, he always said he likes his wife the most even over the kids, s

He just wants to do drugs and bang the paid in drugs prostitute.

nick showing up again on “normal” streams, like he did just a year ago, would just reinforce how much he hates being sober.

Once an addict, always an addict. Without extreme life changes and extreme choices, he’s as fucked as ever.

Kurt uncivil law and Sean potentially criminal and even Branca have mentioned how low the chance is to come back from this.

All the noseguarding and addict lies nick tells doesn’t change his wife and mother of his children, stay at home mother, was strung out and enabling or encouraging swinging degeneracy and chose drugs over their kids.

For addicts to really get and stay clean they are supposed to have entirely new social networks and New environments.

Nick knows kayla and april. Both strung out drug whores. Still trapped in the same isolated house in the sticks, and he drives by a garbage dump to get to his church.

This is just saying a ball will come down after you throw it up in the air. Reality’s rules are you can’t lawsplain out of an addiction, especially not to sex or drugs, and certainly not if you were on unconditional bail surrounded by your two drug addict partiers.

The kids are out of the house so even less reason to not fall further into filth. Out of sight out of mind.
Can’t stream. Hey kayla call up April and tell her I’m gonna be back from Minneapolis later today after I visit my dealer and a few hookers and to be ready to molest you.

Midwit, term used by a fellow kiwi that fits really well, meets addict life.

He always was obstinate and in denial but it didn’t get this bad before.

He might keep digging in hopes he can dig to the other side.

My money is on a William Stamper arc. As in just steady decline but never a “pull up”.
Public intoxication, he won’t get his kids back, trading his wife and april doing prostitution for drugs, and mark my words, when he’s down bad enough and trying to get money for drugs, there will be an only fans of his wife.

This is a burning plane crash that will burn for years, but nick thinks he’s still flying.
