It seems they have no need to talk to him if they weren't considering additional charges, they have all the proof they need.

The person Nick blames is almost certainly the Children's Ministries Director at the church, which is described in some of the documents as a "preschool teacher". This person appears to be the one who relayed that at least one of the girls told her they were not being fed.

As for April, I'm guessing she blames Aaron. From what we know, April is still loyal to the Rekietas. Her location is unknown right now, as far as I am aware.

Context:

Rekieta was over an hour late for his Wednesday, April 3rd stream. From what we later found out, his kids had activities at the church on Wednesday evenings (from what Rekieta told us when he made the "joke" about his children being abused there)

In other words Nick was having some sort of coke-fueled rage until past midnight over his kid being disciplined in some way earlier in the evening.

If you read the supplemental report that was broadcast on Nate's, Sean's, Melton's, and everyone else's stream, the pastor passed on the name of the person who reported that the younger children had told her that they were hungry and not being fed. This person is listed in the document as a "preschool teacher", but on the church website she is listed as "Children's Ministries Director".
