Why on earth would you needlessly spend $5,000 just to avoid having some of your cash on hold for a few months? Well, maybe if you have blown through your savings so hard that you literally don't have the $50,000 sitting around. Ditto to why Kayla isn't getting her bail paid.

Now I'm not saying everyone should have 50k ready to be put on hold. If I put 50k on hold it would put me in a pretty uncomfortable position.
