A friend of a friends gets 100rds of 9mm a week from the armory to train and he never takes them. Not even to give to us. He goes to the range basically every day for two weeks before he has to qual to get his shit straight. My town's range became police only after years of people trashing it, so it sits there completely unused like 360 days a year. I never hear shooting there when I'm on that side of town.

Just a bit of restructuring, I think. I will add some summary, images, and a paragraph about the arrest arc, but the Arrest Arc itself and the Imholte Arc can be summarised, then linked to the respective threads for comprehensive treatment.

I will reach out to the OP creators in those threads and see if we can collaborate to make them pretty encompassing.

All that will have to wait a bit due to personal cirxumstances, but that gives some time for things to settle. I knew this would be a project to maintain, but I didn't expect such progress in the meantime...

It's not that infrequent that every single officer in a department has exactly the same service weapon.

It's also possible it's a legal category. Statutory language about guns is some of the dumbest and most obtuse stuff you will ever read, since they're usually written by absolute retards. When you write a complaint you're more or less forced to track the statutory language even if it's dumb or outright wrong.

If she's not biased in one case against Nick, I doubt she'd be in the other. I seriously think their past history warrants recusal but it's pretty discretionary. I don't see her doing it. Possibly the appeals court might disagree.
