There was some infidelity. He slept around when he was married to his ex Michelle Specht. Including the use of prostitutes. He also tried to consensually sleep with some fans (which is REALLY dumb, but not the sexual assault his critics claimed). He's admitted to all that (unlike Nick, who seemingly can't ever admit to shit).
He's imperfect, but his failings never got to the same level as Nick. Not even close.

I guess he tries to do chill streams on non-legal topics, which is whatever, but he should probably stick to the gaming streams he does or anything other than this sub-Scalfani tier cooking.
He's been a streamer for years at this point, he has no excuse to not realize he needs to get away from the camera if he's going to rub something into his back like that.

Lawyers are usually psychologically unwell. It's a stressful profession which attracts a lot of depressives, cluster Bs and outright sociopaths. The profession is also considerably worse than it used to be which turned a respected profession into what it is today. Personally, I don't regret my choice since I am an expert in my area of the law but I wouldn't recommend it to someone else since my psychological well being took a hit since law school being around these people.
Vic is just a well meaning but horny Mediterranean man. His kind built empires.

The entire deal with these internet lawyers (I use this term loosely, most of them hardly practice and with good reason) attempting to conflate ethics and law is quite amusing to me for a set of reasons:
1. If you must make your personal set of ethics the word of the law, it tells me you're a dumb piece of shit.
2. If you must make your personal set of ethics the word of the law, you are giving the state the power to dictate your own ethics, sense of morality and right or wrong.
3. If you must make your personal set of ethics the word of the law, it means you must accept any judgments coming from the state without reproach, there can be no appeals, no wrongdoing on the hand of the state, you made the Law (and, by definition, the state) your God and follow it as such.
For a bunch of quote-unquote libertarians such conflation is flabbergastingly hilarious to make, particularly when the following cope is more or less "the state is wrong about how they proceeded with nailing Nicky because of facts I imagined in my head".
Now, it's obviously not the case that these imbeciles are replacing their own beliefs with "but law said so", or more accurately they aren't doing so internally but merely outwardly due to being too deep into the kool aid of sophistry. Attempting this, however, is the reason why to any sane and normal every day person these lawltube arguments sound fucking retarded, even if they can't quite pinpoint why.
All in all, seems to me like an attempt at having their cake and eating it too, law and ethics conflating only when the law is wrong (a scenario where his fourth amendment rights might have been potentially violated and it would invalidate the order, evidence and charges therefore nicky dindu nuffin, legally or morally), not when it's right is quite a leap to make when trying to checkmate a bunch of spastics in a forum.
Or, as people wittier than me have put it: Rent fucking free.
