The CPS is going to make the Rekieta children re-enact scenes from their home life, using the Star Trek action figures that were purchased for their mother by her boyfriend.
Interesting. I wonder what they'll do with this one:

("it's an older reference, but it checks out"; also jfc they did a god-awful job on this action figure)

“How do you feel about the legal impact of Nick bashing the judge?”
“I think he had some good points!”

I’m not gonna sound like a broken record anymore but this is kind of ridiculous. The pole is gaping his asshole.

I think it's adorable that he actually believes them.

Pro tip Aaron: unless the district attorney's office (not the police) puts your immunity in writing in exchange for your evidence, they have the ability to put the squeeze on you as well once they've gotten what they need from you, and you're very low-hanging fruit at this point having just admitted to all this shit online in public.
Only possession or being under the influence in public is actually illegal. Nobody gets arrested for drugs they did in the past. Granted, it could be an ethical violation, could get him disbarred, but that's up to the MN bar association to decide.

“Guys it wasn’t that bad. But that didn’t need to happen.”

He’s actively trying to not explicitly condemn Nick. I don’t see a good reason not to by now if you believe the police reports.
He’s a laeyer, legal perspective and undoubtedly from knowing the system, knows what the Rackets did is really not that bad as far as the system is concerned.

What the public will think is entirely different.

Minor PL: I was once suspected of theft, and the local PD asked me to come in for a polygraph so they "could eliminate me as a suspect." Well, teenagers are fucking dumb and so I agreed. Naturally, we finish up and they say the polygraph detected deception. It ended with some poor judge wondering aloud why the case was even in his courtroom. Don't talk to the cops, and for the love of God don't trust them.

Glad to hear Sean hitting back against the liars of Lawtube.
Also never take a polygraph, they are a scam. The result is whatever the polygrapher feels like. They are not admissible in court in most states now, but some states still allow them despite them being pseudoscientific nonsense. Their only actual function is to allow an interrogator to grill someone for hours with fancy props, trying to elicit a (potentially false) confession.

As an aside, Kick is a shitty platform; makes my pc run like absolute garbage; wtf is wrong with their video?
Kick probably runs a miner on every single tab.

Don't forget that Kick is backed by big dollars that run one of the largest casinos in the world. They can afford to be shady.

Also, Steel Toe is a dumb faggot pathetic loser.

That's not what he said

He said he was correct about the judge being factually wrong but didn't press her when he should have and sperged like a retard
I feel like people are trying to purposefully misunderstand what he's saying
